鼻腔内逆生歯の1症例

A Supernumerary Tooth in the Floor of the Nose

I．はじめに

　上顎歯の位置異常についての報告は多くみられる。1901年（明治34年）金杉^1）が鼻腔内逆生歯牙発生の1例を報告してから本邦では90例ほどになる。埋伏歯（歯の萌出時期が過ぎても顎骨内あるいは粘膜下にあって萌出しない歯をいう）は日常臨床時にしばしば遭遇するが，逆生歯（歯冠と根尖との位置関係が逆転している歯をいう）は少なく，上顎の逆生歯はさらに少ない。

　今回鼻出血を主訴に左鼻腔内に萌出した逆生歯を経験したので報告する。

A 9-year-old man presented the chief complaint of cpistaxis. Anterior rhinoscopy revealed a white bony mass in the left nasal cavity about 2 cm from the anterior nares. X-ray examination of thenose showed a spindle mass. The white mass was removed and it was found a canine-like tooth by pathological examination.
