鼻腔異物除去後に発見された逆生歯牙の1症例

Abnormal Dental Eruption as a Foreign Body in the Nasal Cavity

I．はじめに

　歯牙が正規の歯列弓上に萠出せず鼻腔内に萠出する逆生歯牙のうち，歯冠が未萠出で粘膜下に存在するものは日常診療上見落としやすいものと思われる。今回著者らは鼻腔異物除去後に腫瘤を指摘され，異物反応による肉芽か重複異物と考えて摘出したところ過剰歯の逆生と判明した1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Abnormal dental eruption in the nasal cavity in a 6-year-male was reported.

　A foreign body in the right nasal cavity was discovered at preschool health examination.

　The mass was characterized as of smooth granulating surface and hemorrhagic tendency. The mass was extirpated by forceps and an unerupted supernumerary tooth was found.

　Incidence, sites, forms, ages, symptoms, discovered chances, treatments and prognoses were discussed.
