固有鼻腔内逆生歯牙症例—その2症例と文献的考察

ABNORMAL DENTAL ERUPTION IN THE NASAL CAVITY

　I．緒言

　固有鼻腔内のいわゆる逆生歯牙についての報告は，文豪Goetheが1797年瑞西紀行文中に記載したのが最初であり，石井^3）によりこれが紹介されている。本邦においては，金杉^1）が"鼻腔内歯牙発生ノ1例（歯牙過贅）併ニ「デモンストラチオン」"と題して発表しているが，この冒頭に次のように書いている。「宇宙間若シ果シテ造物主ナル者換言スレハ宇宙ノ大主宰即チ聖ニシテ知ル可ラサル真神アリテ人身体各部ノ構造等ヲ主宰スル者トスレバ万般ノ畸形ハ彼レガ最モ真面目ナラサル時ニ想ヒ起シタル一場ノ玩戯ト解釈スルヲ得可シ鳴呼造物主モ亦茶人ナル哉予ガ本日報告セントスル鼻腔内ニ歯牙ノ発生セル者ノ如キモ亦玩戯ノ極ト謂フ可シ」。以来本症例が注目され，学会などでの報告が行なわれたが，中でも石井^2）3）4）の報告は詳細をきわめ，本邦文献16例と海外文献51例の計67例を調査分類し，その発生と原因について論文3編にわたつて言及している。今回われわれは本邦文献のみを対象として調査し，報告症例数86例・歯牙数91歯を得たので，最近の固有鼻腔内逆生歯牙の2自験例を加えるとともに，文献的考察を行なつたのでここに報告する。

Case 1. A boy, aged 7, showed an abnormal eruption of a supernumerary canine tooth on thefloor of the left nare.

Case 2. A woman, aged 68, showed an eruption of a molar tooth on the floor of the right nasal cavity.

Inclusive of these two cases, there were 88 cases, involving 93 teeth, of dental abnormalities reported in the literature of this country.

Statistically, there were 18 cases of men against 10 of woman; equal number of normal tooth ascompared to supernumerary, more of the permanent than the deciduous, more of the incisors than canines and more in the left nare than the right. The most of these abnormalities were noted in the anterior region of the nasal cavity approaching the middle.

Etiologically, these abnormalities may be due to congenital abnormalities.
