軟口蓋ミオクローヌスによる他覚的耳鳴の1症例

A Case of Objective Tinnitus due to Palatal Myoclonus

　はじめに

　耳鳴を訴え耳鼻咽喉科外来を受診する患者は多いが，一般に耳鳴を第三者が聴取することは困難である。しかし，大多数の自覚的耳鳴に対して，第三者がそれを聴取することのできる他覚的耳鳴が少ないながら存在する。また，他覚的耳鳴の音源は中耳または頭頸部に由来することが多いとされている^1〜3）。

　今回われわれは，軟口蓋ミオクローヌスによる他覚的耳鳴の1症例を経験したので報告する。

We describe a case of objective tinnitus due to palatal myoclonus. Physical examination, func-tional test of eustachian tube, acoustic analysis of tinnitus were performed. It was presumed that the tinnitus was produced by the opening and closing sound of eustachian tube. The anticonvulsant drug was effective temporarily.
