舌軟口蓋及び顔面筋に現われたミオクローヌスの1例

　緒論

　ミオクローヌスは筋肉の全体又は一部の筋繊維が突然律動的反復的に収縮する異常運動で，非病的なものとしては入眠時によく見られる顔面や四肢の痙攣が之に類する．病的なものとしては四肢殊に下肢に両側対称的に見られる場合が多い樣であるが，躯幹筋にも，眼筋，顔面筋，軟口蓋，咽頭等にも限局的に起る場合がある．しかし，一般に本疾患は比較的に稀有な疾患で，殊に本邦に於ては臨床報告文献も少く，その病理解剖学的報告，本態に関するものは極く僅かしか報告されていない．しかるに，私は最近，舌，軟口蓋及び頬部筋肉に限局せるミオクローヌスの1例を経験したのでこゝに報告する．

SHIMIZU reports a case of myoclonus mani-fested on the right side of face in a woman aged 26. There were rythmic contractions of muscles which pulled tne angle of tne mouth superiorly and posteriorly and the tongue, when asked to be protruded, was thrusted in and out with a con-siderable force. The soft palate also was under the influence of convulsive up and down motion. The author believes that the affection is derived from pathological processes involving the extra-pyramidal tracts but he was unable to find the eause of this derangement.
