軟口蓋・咽喉頭ミオクローヌスの2症例

Two cases of palatal-pharyngeal-laryngeal myoclonus

Ⅰ　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科診療で軟口蓋・咽喉頭ミオクローヌスに遭遇することは稀である。多発性脳梗塞が原因と考えられた2症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

　The two cases were considered to be resulted from multiple cerebral infarction. The first case was a 74-year-old man who complained of dysphagia and dysarthria. Bilateral symmetry and rhythmic myoclonus that moved up and down were recognized at bilateral soft palate and the posterior pharyngeal wall. Myoclonus of the bilateral vocal cords was found inside and outside.

　Case 2 was a 75-year-old man who complained of dysphagia. Myoclonus was recognized as the same way of the case 1. MRI of these two cases showed a high density area at bilateral inferior olivary nucleus.
