耳下腺神経線維腫を伴ったvon Recklinghausen病の1症例

A Case of von Recklinghausen's Disease with Neurofibroma in the Parotid Gland

　はじめに

　耳下腺に生じる腫瘍はその大部分が上皮性腫瘍であり，神経原性腫瘍は比較的まれである。

　今回われわれは，von Recklinghausen病の男児で，耳下腺に神経線維腫を伴った症例を経験したので報告する。

A 7-year-old male with von Recklinghausen's disease presented with a mass in the left parotidgland. Peroperatively, the mass had no capsule and no connection or adhesion to the facial nerve was evident. Excision of the mass was performed, and the incorporated facial nerve was dissected from the mass. The pathological diagnosis of the mass was plexiform neurofibroma.

The postoperative course was uneventful.
