I．緒言

　顔面，頸部を除くvon Recklinghausen氏病（以下R病と略す）にみられる神経線維腫は聴神経腫瘍を除いて稀であり，とくに喉頭に神経線維腫の発生をみた症例は本邦においては1例の報告^12）をみるのみである。われわれは最近上喉頭神経由来と考えられる神経線維腫を喉頭に伴ったR病の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A 10-year-old male complained of dyspnea and swallowing disturbance.

　Indirect laryngoscopy revealed a large smooth globular mass in the pharynx and the vocal cords were not visible. The tumor was removed under general anesthesia by lateral pharyngotomy, and the complaints were disappeared after operation.

　Von Recklinghausen's disease, being especially rare in ENT region, frequently have malignant complications. Management of the patients remains based on careful clinical observations.
