（展示134）　症例は7歳女児で，生後10か月時，両眼性網膜芽細胞腫と診断され，右眼眼球摘出，左眼放射線照射およびアルゴンレーザー光凝固を施行し，経過良好であった。1995年4月，左側頭部の腫瘤に気づき，腫瘤摘出を施行した。病理組織学的検査で網膜芽細胞腫の側頭筋転移と診断された。手術後，放射線療法と末梢血幹細胞移植を併用した大量の化学療法を行い，現在外来にて経過観察中であるが，全身に再発および転移の徴候はない。本症例は治癒後6年を経て転移した極めて稀な症例で，今後も厳重な全身管理が必要と思われた。

A female infant had been diagnosed as bilateral retinoblastoma at the age of 10 months. The right eye was enucleated and the left eye was treated by radiation and photocoagulation. She developed a tumor in the left temporal area at the age of 7 years. Surgical removal led to the diagnosis of metastasis of retinoblastoma to the temporal muscle. The metastasis could be brought under control by radiation and chemotherapy with peripheral stem cell transplantation.
