角膜辺縁潰瘍に対するシクロスポリン点眼治療効果

Topical cyclosporine A for marginal corneal ulcer

　角膜辺縁潰瘍にシクロスポリン点眼治療を行い，その有用性を検討した。対象患者の眼科基礎疾患や背景はSjögren症候群1例，Wegener肉芽腫症1例，基礎疾患不明で自己抗体陽性の2例，白内障術後1例，フリクテン性角膜炎4例の計9例であった。シクロスポリン内服液をオリーブ油で1.0〜2.5％に調整し1日4回4週〜6か月間点眼した。その結果8例で症状の改善が認められて有効であり，「しみる感じ」以外の副作用はなかった。シクロスポリン点眼は角膜辺縁潰瘍に有用であると考えられた。

We treated 9 patients with marginal cornealulcer by topical instillation of cyclosporine Aophthalmic solution 4 times daily. The seriescomprised Sjögren syndrome 1 case, Wegener'sgranulomatosis 1, idiopathic autoimmunity 2,pseudophakia 1 and phlyctenular keratitis 4. Clini-cal improvement resulted in 8 cases after 1 to 6months' treatment. No adverse effect except irrita-tion during instillation was encountered.
