ベーチェット病の治療におけるFK506とシクロスポリンの比較

Comparison of systemic FK 506 and cyclosporin for Behçet disease

　緒言　新しい免疫抑制剤FK506はベーチェット病（BD）の難治性ぶどう膜炎の治療における効果が期待されている^1）が，既に有用性の知られているシクロスポリン（CYA）との比較検討は行われていない。今回筆者らは，両者の臨床効果と副作用の比較検討をpro—spective studyにて行い，若干の知見を得たので報告する。

We evaluated the effect of systemic FK 506 or cyclosporin in 10 cases of Behçet disease. Through random selection, FK 506 was given to 6 patientsand cyclosporin to 4 over a 3-month period. Both agents showed similar beneficial effects on uveo-retinitis. Complications developed in 4 cases receiv-ing FK 506 and in 2 cases receiving cyclosporin. Medication had to be discontinued in 2 cases treat-ed by FK 506 and in 1 by cyclosporin.
