（G-8PM-10）　近視矯正手術予定の正常人47名の乳頭解析をHeidelberg Retina Tomograph （HRT）にて行い，近視度数による乳頭形状を比較した。症例を中等度近視（−6D未満）と強度近視（−6D以上）に分け，2群間の各パラメーターの比較，近視度数とパラメーターの相関を検討した。Disc area （p＜0.05），rim area （p＜0.01），rim volume （p＜0.05）が2群間で有意差を示し（Mann-Whitney U検定），近視度数と有意な相関を示した（Spearman順位相関）。今回の対象では近視度数により乳頭形状は異なり，またrim volumeはHRT判定プログラムに影響するため，近視度数に応じた判定プログラムが必要と考えた。

We evaluated the shape of optic disc in 47 eyes of 47 persons with myopia. Their ages averaged 31.9±9.6 9.6 years. Their refraction, expressed as spherical equivalent, averaged-6.2±2.4 diopters (D) . A Heidelberg Retina Tomograph was used in the study. The eyes were divided into 2 groups : those with less than -6D and those with -6D or greater. Significant differences were present between the 2 groups regarding disc area (p＜0.05) , rim area (p＜0.01) and rim volume (p＜005). The findings show that the morphology of the optic disc differs dependent on the degree of myopia (Spearman's correlation coefficient by rank).
