(G-8PM-10) 近視矯正手術予定の正常人47名の乳頭解析をHeidelberg Retina Tomograph (HRT)にて行い,近視度数による乳頭形状を比較した。症例を中等度近視(−6D未満)と強度近視(−6D以上)に分け,2群間の各パラメーターの比較,近視度数とパラメーターの相関を検討した。Disc area (p<0.05),rim area (p<0.01),rim volume (p<0.05)が2群間で有意差を示し(Mann-Whitney U検定),近視度数と有意な相関を示した(Spearman順位相関)。今回の対象では近視度数により乳頭形状は異なり,またrim volumeはHRT判定プログラムに影響するため,近視度数に応じた判定プログラムが必要と考えた。
We evaluated the shape of optic disc in 47 eyes of 47 persons with myopia. Their ages averaged 31.9±9.6 9.6 years. Their refraction, expressed as spherical equivalent, averaged-6.2±2.4 diopters (D) . A Heidelberg Retina Tomograph was used in the study. The eyes were divided into 2 groups : those with less than -6D and those with -6D or greater. Significant differences were present between the 2 groups regarding disc area (p<0.05) , rim area (p<0.01) and rim volume (p<005). The findings show that the morphology of the optic disc differs dependent on the degree of myopia (Spearman's correlation coefficient by rank).
