（G-8PM-17）　超音波乳化吸引術（PEA）＋眼内レンズ挿入術（IOL）＋トラベクロトミー（LOT）＋シヌソトミー（SIN）をSIN併用群，PEA＋IOL＋LOTを併用なし群とし，両群で手術成績を比較検討した。対象はSIN併用群が18眼，併用なし群が14眼であった。平均術後眼圧は，SIN併用群が14.0mmHg，併用なし群が14.6mmHgであり有意差はなかった。一過性高眼圧（21mmHg以上）はSIN併用群が39％，併用なし群が36％とほぼ同じ割合で生じたが，最高眼圧の平均値はSIN併用群が24.0mmHgに対して，併用なし群が32.6mmHgと有意に高値であった。

We operated on 32 eyes with various types of glaucoma. One group of 18 eyes received phacoemulsification-aspiration, intraocular lens implantation and trabeculotomy. The other group of 14 eyes received additional sinusotomy. The postsurgical intraocular pressure (TOP) averaged 14.6 mmHg in the first group and 14.0 mmHg in the second. No significant difference was present between both groups. Postoperative IOP spike over 21 mmHg occurred in 36% of eyes in the first group and in 39% in the second group. No significant difference was present between both groups. The postoperative TOP spike averaged 32.6 mmHg in the first group and 24.0 mmHg in the second. The difference was significant (p=0.0068) .
