　Laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）による屈折手術を行った9例9眼で，3年後の視神経乳頭の形状の変化を検索した。術中の一過性高眼圧の影響を知ることが目的である。年齢は平均28.0±5.2歳，平均屈折値は術前-7.1±2.3D，術後-0.64±1.2Dであった。乳頭形状の検索にはHeidelberg Retina Tomographを使った。その結果，すべてのパラメーターは，術前と術3年後で有意差はなかった。LASIK術中に生じる一過性高眼圧は，3年後の視神経乳頭の形状に影響しないと結論される。

　We measured the morphology of the optic disc in 9 eyes of 9 patients 3 years after laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）. Their ages averaged 28.0±5.2 years. the refraction averaged-7.1±2.3 diopters before surgery and-0.64±1.2 diopters after surgery. We used a Heidelberg retina tomograph in the measurement. All the parameters showed no difference in the shape of optic disc before and 3 years after surgery. We conclude that elevated intraocular pressure during LASIK does not affect the morphology of optic disc 3 years after surgery.
