有痛性眼球瘍の病理組織学的検討

Histopathological findings in two eyes of painful phthisis

（18-G409-29）　有痛性眼球癆をきたした2症例に対して眼球摘出術を行い，病理組織学的検討を加えて報告した。症例1は61歳，男性。左眼の穿孔性眼外傷によって眼球癆となってから17年後に眼痛を自覚した。摘出した眼球内に多量の骨組織がみられ，病理組織学的にも脈絡膜から毛様体に著明な骨形成がみられた。症例2は58歳，男性。左眼の外傷後，続発性網膜剥離および緑内障をきたして有痛性眼球癆となった。摘出した眼球内にシリコンオイルと眼内レンズがみられ，病理組織学的には虹彩・毛様体に著明な炎症細胞の浸潤がみられた。

　症例1は骨形成による毛様体への刺激，症例2は炎症による毛様体への刺激が原因で有痛性眼球癆をきたしたものと考えた。

We made histopathological studies on two eyes enucleated for painful phthisis. In the first case, phthisis was due to penetrating eye injury 17 years before. The eyeball was filled by numerous bony tissues in the ciliary body and the choroid. In the second case, blunt eye trauma resulted in secondary glaucoma and retinal detachment and, 4 years later, painful phthisis. The eyeball showed inflammatory cells in the iris and the ciliary body. Pain appeared to have been the result of irritation by bony tissue in the ciliary body in the first case and anterior uveal inflammation in the second.
