網膜前黄斑線維症を伴う網膜色素変性症眼底の走査レーザー検眼鏡所見

Scanning laser ophthalmoscopic features of retinitis pigmentosa with preretinal macular fibrosis

　網膜前黄斑線維症を伴う網膜色素変性症患者2症例の黄斑を，走査レーザー検眼鏡を用いて観察した。アルゴンブルーでは，乳頭黄斑間神経線維が不鮮明で，不整な膜様反射と網膜ひだが認められた。アルゴングリーンでは，この膜様反射と放射状網膜ひだはやや不明瞭となったが，黄斑に点状の高輝度がみられた。ヘリウムネオンでは，黄斑の膜様反射と放射状網膜ひだはさらに不鮮明となり，点状の高輝度および低輝度がびまん性に混在する粗な画像を呈した。ダイオードでは，黄斑に顆粒状高輝度および低輝度がモザイク状に混在して認められた。このように，SLOでは検眼鏡では得られない眼底所見が得られ，網膜の層別解析に有用であった。

We used a scanning laser ophthalmoscope, SLO, in observing retinitis pigmentosa with pre-retinal macular fibrosis in two patients aged 26 and 30 years each. Use of argon blue laser allowed detailed recording of surface wrinkles. Nerve fibers in the papillomacular region appeared indistinct. Use of argon green laser showed bright spots in the fovea. Use of helium-neon laser showed mottled changes with bright or dark spots over the whole fundus. Use of diode laser at 780 nm showed bright mottled spots in the macular area. Observation of the fundus by monochromatic lights by SLO was thus useful in identifying abnormalities in specific layers of the retina in dystrophic eyes.
