（26C1-17）　長期間寛解している40歳以上のハンセン病既往者を，ぶどう膜炎のある69例とない204例に分けて検索した。ぶどう膜炎の有病者は60と70歳台に集中し，らい腫型が65％と多かった。虹彩真珠はぶどう膜炎患者52例中の19例（37％）にあり，ぶどう膜がない56例には皆無であった。らい菌に特異的な抗phenolic giycoしipid-l （PGL-l）と，抗酸菌に特異的な抗lipoarabinomannan-B血清抗体（ELISA）は，いずれもぶどう膜炎患者で陽性率が高く，BLハンセン病では有意差がみられた。

We studied 273 persons aged 40 years or over with past history of leprosy regarding uveitis. Uveitis was present in 69 cases and was absent in 204. The majority of cases with uveitis were in the sixties and seventies of age. Iris pearls were present in 19 of 52 cases with uveitis (37%) and were absent in 56 cases without uveitis. Patients with uveitis showed higher incidence of serum antibodies for phenolic glycolipid-I (PGL-I) and lipoarabinomannan-B by ELISA. Persons with BL leprosy showed significantly high incidence of these antibodies.
