ぶどう膜炎の既往のあるらい患者のアクリルソフト眼内レンズの術後成績

Acrylic soft intraocular lens implantation in leprosy patients with history of uveitis

（26A-15）　ぶどう膜炎の既往のあるらい（ハンセン病）患者の白内障に超音波水晶体乳化吸引術とアクリルソフト眼内レンズの挿入を同時に行い，その術後成績を検討した。対象はぶどう膜炎の既往がある14例15眼、経過観察期間は平均14か月である。3段階以上の視力改善率は14眼（93％）であった。術後合併症として5眼（33％）にぶどう膜炎の再燃がみられたが，特に重篤な合併症はなかった。

We performed cataract surgery in 15 eyes of 14 leprosy patients with past history of uveitis. All the eyes received phacoemulsification and aspiration of cataract followed by implantation of acrylic soft intraocular lens. After follow-up of 14 months in average, 14 eyes (93%) showed improvement in visual acuity by 3 lines or more. Recurrence of uveitis developed in 5 eyes (33%). There were otherwise no serious complications in the series.
