サルコイドーシスの兄妹例

Ocular sarcoidosis in a pair of siblings

　両眼に全ぶどう膜炎のある24歳男子を眼サルコイドーシスと診断した。肺門リンパ節腫大（BHL）を伴っていた。5年後に24歳の妹が両眼の霧視で受診した。前部ぶどう膜炎と網膜血管炎などがあり，眼サルコイドーシスと診断された。BHLを伴っていた両名とも喫煙者であり，東京郊外に22年間同居していた。HLA抗原の検索で，両名ともA2, B38, Cw7, DR12, DR52, DQ7を共有していた。

A 24-year-old male showed bilateral panuveitis and was diagnosed as ocular sarcoidosis.Systemic studies showed the presence of bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, BHL. Five years later, his sister,aged 24 years, presented with blurring of vision of few weeks' duration. She showed anterior uveitis and retinal phlebitis and was diagnosed as ocular sarcoidosis. BHL was also present. Both were smokers and were living together in Tokyo Metropolitan suburbs for the past 22 years. Both cases showed similar HLA pattern with positive A2, B38, Cw7, DR12, DR52, and DQ7.
