Abstract 文献概要

　ベーチェット病患者を対象として，リンパ球CR2を測定し，以下の結果を得た。

　1．ベーチェット病患者のリンパ球CR2はコントロールに比べ有意に低値を示した。

　2．眼発作期のリンパ球CR2は寛解期に比べ有意に低値を示した。

　3．ベーチェット病患者寛解期のリンパ球CR2はコントロールに比べ有意に低値を示した。

　以上より，リンパ球CR2はベーチェット病の病態や再発機序に重要な役割を果していることが示唆された。

We quantitated the complement receptor CR 2 in lymphocytes in the circulating blood in 59 patients with ocular involvement of Behçet's disease and 20 age-matched healthy persons. We used monoclonal antibody method in quantitating the CR 2 level. We also evaluated the blood sedimentation rate, white blood cells, C3, C4 and CH50 levels.

The CR2 levels were significantly lower in the-patients than in the control group (p＜0.005). The CR 2 levels in the patients were significantly lower during acute attacks than during the remissions (p＜0.05). The CR2 levels during the remissions were lower than in the control group (p＜0.025).

These findings seemed to imply that patients with ocular manifestations of Behçet's disease are affected by lower levels of CR 2 in circulating lymphocytes mediated by abnormalities in the B -cell system.
