中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症，原田病およびuveal effusionと屈折

State of refraction in central serous retinochoroidopathy, Harada disease and uveal effusion syndrome

　中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症67例67眼の罹患時，治癒時および僚眼の屈折を検討した。原田病51例101眼とuveal effusion2例2眼の治癒時の屈折も調べた。その結果，中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症は対照と比較して有意に遠視であったが，原田病は対照との間に有意差がなかった。

We evaluated the state of refraction in 67 eyes of unilateral central serous retinochoroidopathy (CSR), 101 eyes of Harada disease and 2 eyes of uveal effusion syndrome. Eyes with active CSR showed significant tendency to hyperopia when compared to normal control eyes (p＜0.001) or to fellow unaffected eyes (p＜0.01). Eyes with cured CRS were significantly hyperopic when compared to the fellow eyes (p= 0.05). Eyes with Harada disease failed to show definite difference in the state of refraction when compared to control eyes.
