アトピー性皮膚炎患者に伴う毛様体雛襞部裂孔の5例

Five cases of atopic dermatitis with breaks in the pars plicata of ciliary body

　アトピー性皮膚炎に伴う毛様体雛襞部裂孔の5例6眼を報告した。5例中4例が男性で，年齢は17〜26歳であった。いずれの症例においても外傷の既往はなかった。3例4眼は，白内障・水晶体偏位を認め，2例2眼は水晶体嚢外摘出術後，水晶体吸引術後の症例で，残存した後嚢の収縮が皺襞部裂孔の形成に関与していると考えられた。全例強膜バックリングにより網膜は復位した。毛様体雛襞部裂孔の臨床的特徴および成因について若干の検討を加えた。

Five atopic patients with breaks in the pars plicata of ciliary body are presented. Four were males and 1 was female. The ages ranged from 17 to 26 years. Breaks were present bilaterally in one case.Cataract with lens dislocation was present in 4 eyes of 3 cases. In the other 2 cases, break in the pars plicata was detected after cataract surgery, presumably due to shrinkage of residual lens capsule. Associated retinal detachment could be cured by scleral buckling procedure in all the eyes.
