5 過去22年間におけるぶどう膜炎外来受診者の変遷

Changing trends of uveitis during the past twenty-two years

　1970〜91年の22年間に阪大眼科ぶどう膜炎外来を受診した患者について検討した。患者数はほぼ不変で，年平均620例，総外来患者数の1.2％を占めていた。最近は患者層は高齢化してきており，女性例が増加してきていた。ベーチェット病はぶどう膜炎患者中，平均39.5％を占め，患者数，初診患者数，比率とも1985年以降減少していた。原田病は平均9.8％で総数，初診患者数，比率も不変であった。サルコイドーシスは平均6.3％であったが，1984年ごろから増加し，原田病を越えた。トキソプラズマ症は1984年ごろから急激に減少していた。最近では，桐沢型ぶどう膜炎，イヌ回虫症が増加していた。

We reviewed patiets with uveitis seen by usduring the 22 years through 1991. They comprised 1.2% of all eye patients. The number of patientswas fairly stable throughout the period at about 620cases a year.The past 10-year period was characterized by an increase in females and aged persons. Behcet's disease was the most frequent uveitisentity at 39.5%, followed by Harada's disease 9.8% and sarcoidosis 6.3%. Behcet's diseaseshowed a tendency to decrease during the period ofreview. Sarcoidosis was on the increase during thepast 8 years. Toxoplasmosis was on the declineduring the same period.
