6 徳島大学眼科におけるぶどう膜炎の統計的観察

Incidence of endogenous uveitis at Tokushima University Hospital

　最近9年間に徳島大学眼科を初診した内因性ぶどう膜炎患者について，統計的観察を行った。対象患者は584名であり，全新来患者の1.78％を占めた。病因としてはベーチェット病が19.2％，原田病が11.5％，サルコイドーシスが10.3％，ポスナー・シュロスマン症候群が2.9％，トキソプラズマ症が1.4％，その他の病因によるものが7.2％，病型分類不能なものが47.5％であった。ベーチェット病は減少傾向にあり，サルコイドーシスは増加傾向にあった。

We reviewed 584 patients with endogenousuveitis who first visited us during the foregoing 9years through 1991. They comprised 1.78% of allnew outpatients with eye problems during theperiod. The cases included:Behçet's disease19.2%, Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease 11.5%,sarcoidosis 10.3%, Posner-Schlossman syndrome2.9%, toxoplasmosis 1.4%, miscellaneous 7.2%and uveitis of unknown etiology 47.5%. Theincidence of Behçet's disease showed an apparentdecrease during the period of review. Sarcoidosisshowed a slight increase.
