4 内因性ぶどう膜炎患者の自検例の原因検索

Etiological features of endogenous uveitis

　1982〜91年に金沢医科大学眼科を初診した内因性ぶどう膜炎患者170名について検討した。症例の内訳は，男性70名，女性100名であった。疾患別では，サルコイドーシスが9.4％と最も多く，原田病，ポスナー・シュロスマン症候群，ベーチェット病がこれに次いだ。原因不明の症例が60％を占めた。前部ぶどう膜炎症例，および後部・汎ぶどう膜炎症例は，それぞれ83例，87例とほぼ同程度にみられた。前部ぶどう膜炎症例と，高齢者患者では原因不明例が多かった。肉芽腫性ぶどう膜炎は54例にみられた。1985年までの12年間の検討と比べるとベーチェット病は減少していた。

We reviewed a series of 170 cases of endogenousuveitis seen by us during the foregoing 10-yearperiod. The series comprised 70 males and 100females. Anterior and posterior uveitis involved 83and 87 cases respectively. Among clinical entities,ocular sarcoidosis was the most frequent at 9.4%,followed by Harada disease 7.0%, Posner-Schloss-man syndrome 3.5% and Behçet disease 2.9%.Uveitis of unclassified nature involved 102 cases,60%. When compared with a similar review duringthe 12 years prior to 1985, Behçet disease showed asharp decline incidence.
