Fundus photo-perimeterによる中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症の静的視野について

Static perimetry with fundus photoperimeter in central serous retinochoroidopathy

　Fundus photo-perimcterを使用して，中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症における中心量的静的視野を45°から225°および135°から315°の2経線上で計測した。その結果，網膜浮腫に一致した網膜感度は，周辺に向ってなめらかな感度低下を示すのではなく，2経線上でいずれも凹凸のある網膜感度閾値が認められた。また，網膜中心部の機能障害を検出するには，青視標を用いる時最も鋭敏に検出でき，中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症の予後判定に最も適していると考えられた。

We performed quantitative static perimetry in 4 eyes with central serous retinochoroidopathy with the use of a fundus photo-perimeter. Perimetry was performed along two meridians, 45°-225° and 135°-315°, and at intervals of 2° within 16 degrees from the fovea. The maximum luminance of the stimulus was 271 ed/m² and the background lumi-nance was set at 0.15cd/m². The simulus spot subtended an angle of 6 minutes. Three different white, red (λmax 620nm) and blue (λmax 450nm) were used.
