中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症における網膜のスペクトル感度測定について

On spectral sensitivity test of the retinal receptor in the central serous chorioretinopathy

　中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症のスペクトル感度を，暗順応下およびwaldの選択的順応法によりyellow, purple, blueの各順応下において測定した。

（1）青錐体系の感度の低下が早期より著明に認められた。

（2）赤緑錐体系の感度の低下も認められるが，青錐体系に比し著明ではない。

（3）発症初期は，同時に行った100 hue testの結果と同様の傾向を示したが，症状の軽快により，100 hue testでは目立った異常が認められなくなっても，青錐体系の感度の低下が認められた。

（4）黄斑中心窩の障害が軽度の時は青錐体系のみの異常がみられ，障害が高度となると，赤緑錐体系の異常が加わるという傾向が認められた。

We conducted a series of tests on the central serous chorioretinopathy in order to check the function of the retinal receptor in various diseases by way of measuring the spectral sensitivity in the fundus disease.

We used a Maxwellian view system composed ofa two-light path : the test stimulative light was a monochromatic light coming through the mono-chrometer, and the background illumination was composed of 3 different colour lights through the 3 different filters : Yellow, Blue and Purple. A 500-W Xenon lamp was used as the light source.
