Visual field studies with fundus photo-perimeter in postchiasmatic lesions

緒　言

　われわれは，モニターTVにより，眼底を観察しながら，視野計測を行つた後，計測した視野をそのまま撮影して，同一の眼底写真フイルム上に記録する新しい方法を発表した。この方法は，移動する視標を被検者の眼底に直接投影し，モニターTVで眼底を観察しながら視野を測定し，被検者の応答に従つて打点された位置をポラロイド，あるいは35mmカラーフイルム上にイソプターとして記録することが可能である。

　今回は，本器を用いて，うつ血乳頭，両耳側半盲，同名半盲など，視交叉部より中枢に至る各種疾患の視野欠損について検査し，また，開頭手術前と手術後の症例についても検査を行つた。

We have developed a method of recording the isopter on the fundus photograph under direct observation or TV-monitoring under infrared il-lumination. The visual field can be measured in an area of 25° in diameter. The target is 19 minutes wide and its luminance is variable.

We examined 17 cases with visual field defects manifesting as bitemporal or homonymous he-mianopsia. The results were compared with those by Goldmann perimetry and others.
