漿液性中心性網脈絡膜症の治癒経過—アルゴンレーザー凝固有無による比較

Healing course of central serous choroidoretinopathy:Comparison with and without argonlaser coagulation

　著明な螢光漏出点1個を認めた漿液性中心性網脈絡膜症患者61例にアルゴンレーザー凝固を施行し，39例に保存的療法を行って経過を比較した。両群間に年齢，初診時視力に差の認められなかったものである。

　（1）保存的治療患者に比べてレーザー凝固患者では発病から治癒までの経過期間が短く，最終視力も良好であった。

　（2）特に螢光漏出点が上部黄斑部にある患者に著明な視力改善が見られた。

　（3）一般に高年者に経過が不良であるが，レーザー凝固による改善効果は高年者（39歳以上）が若年者（38歳以下）よりも著明の傾向にあった。

　One hundred cases of central serous choroidoretinopathy with a typical punctate fluorescein leakage were treated either with or without argon laser coagulation. The final visual acuity in the coagulated 61 patients averaged 0.92 (starting average visual acuity 0.68) which was significantly better than in the conservatively treated 39 patients who averaged 0.83 (starting average visual acuity 0.66). The duration of the disease between the initial subjective symptom and the final healing was significantly shorter than in the latter.
