Abstract 文献概要

　初診時に典型的な中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症を呈し，5年以上経過観察できた9症例にインドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影を行い脈絡膜循環について検討した。経過中に再発を生じなかった6眼のなかにも3眼に，後期において異常脈絡膜組織染がみられ，脈絡膜静脈の拡張も6眼中3眼にみられた。再発を繰り返した3眼は，異常脈絡膜組織染と脈絡膜静脈の拡張の両方がみられた。今回の9眼すべてに何らかの脈絡膜異常がみられた。これらより，中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症では長期にわたって脈絡膜循環異常が存続し，それが本症の発症の成因に関与する可能性が推定された。

We followed up 9 eyes which initially showed typical findings of central serous chorioretinopathy for 5 years or longer. Three eyes showed recurrence during the follow-up period. These 3 eyes showed, by indocyanine green angiography, pathological tissue staining in the choroid and dilated choroidal veins. Out of the other 6 eyes, 3 eyes showed pathological tissue staining and 3 eyes showed dilated choroidal veins. As an overall finding, all the affected 9 eyes showed choroidal abnormalities by indocyanine green angiography. These findings appear to show that impaired choroidal circulation is present for longer period and is etiologically associated in central serous chorioretinopathy.
