中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症に対する光凝固治療と網膜感度

Retinal sensitivity following photocoagulation for central serous chorioretinopathy

（1）中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症13例にアルゴンレーザー光凝固を行い，眼底視野計を用いて，凝固斑および，その周囲の網膜感度を測定した。

（2）13例中12例において，凝固部の網膜感度の低下が認められた。

（3）凝固後，凝固部の周囲では凝固の影響によって，感度は一時低下し，再び上昇し正常に復した。

（4）凝固後，凝固部の感度は大きく低下し，1週間目頃から回復傾向を示すものがみられるが，この回復は3〜4週間目頃には停止し，正常感度までには戻らなかった。

（5）アルゴンレーザー光凝固による網膜の機能障害は，決して無視できるものではなく，その使用にあたっては常にこのことを念頭に入れておかなくてはならない。

We evaluated the sensitivity of the retina in 13 cases with central serous chorioretinopathy follow-ing photocoagulation with argon laser. Fundus controlled perimeter and scotometry with auto-plot tangent screen were used to assess the retinal sensi-tivity.

Fundus controlled perimetry showed a depres-sion in retinal sensitivity in 12 out of the 13 treated eyes. The presence of scotoma corresponding to the burn was detected in only 6 eyes by auto-plot tan-gent screen.
