緒　言

　細隙灯写真撮影法特に水晶体の撮影に関してはNiesel^1），Brown^2）あるいは野寄ら3）のScheimp-flug原理を応用した撮影法が既に開発されており記録写真としてはかなり満足すべきものが得られているが，何れもいまだ特殊な実験的装置の域を出ていない。

　著者らも水晶体の経時的な変化を比較観察することを目的にScheimpflug原理応用の細隙灯写真撮影装置を試作したので以下に報告する。

An equipment for slit lamp photography, based on Scheimpflug's principle, has been developed. Since it is possible to rotate the slit beam 180 degrees with the equipment, slit lamp photo-graphy of any part of the anterior section is possible. Lens densitometry, including isodensito-metry, can be also examined. When compared to similar equipments developed in the past, the image sharpness is improved and its operation is also simplified.
