細隙灯顕微鏡による眼底撮影法

Eundus Photography through Slit-lamp Microscope

緒言

　眼科医が患者を診察する第一関門として用いる検査法は細隙灯顕微鏡検査と検眼鏡検査である。特に前者は外眼部・隅角・中間透光体そして眼底と応用範囲が広く，従つて古くから多くの研究報告がなされてきた。他の諸検査を行なうに先立ち，より正確な見通しを立てることができれば無為な遠回りをすることなくスムーズに診断の確定が可能となるわけで，本法の改良ならびに応用範囲の拡充は大きな意義を持つものと信ずる。

　細隙灯顕微鏡により眼球内部を検索する方法は今日一見一般化したように思われがちであるが，①装置の改良，②所見の解釈，③撮影の何れにおいても未完成な部分が多い。とりわけ細隙灯の写真撮影ということになると，後眼部に関しては今迄ほとんど実用にたえうるものは不可能という感が支配的であつて，ひいては各報告者により細隙所見が極めてまちまらな状態をひきおこし，あるいはいちじるしく誤解を招くようなスケッチがまかり通る原因ともなつている。

The new practical technique for fundus-phot-ography though our aspherical plus pre-set lens is described. The slit-lamp we used this time is the "Nikon zoom photoslit".

The photographing conditions are as follows : the illumination-observation angle is set betwe-en 9 and 14 degrees, the magnification betwe-en 16X and 35X, and the flash intensity at "4" . In order to obtain sharp-contrast photogr-aphs, the diopter of the eye-piece is adjusted previously by focusing the slit-lamp beam on the target bar.
