回転式細隙灯撮影装置による水晶体の記録—その臨床応用と記録の再現性について

緒　言

　水晶体所見の記録法としてScheimpfiug^1）の原理を応用した写真撮影装置は，Drews^2），Niesel^3），Brown^4），野寄^5）等により既に開発されており，前眼部の生理的あるいは病的変化の解明手段の一つとしてその広い応用が待たれている。

　回転式細隙灯撮影装置も同じ原理による撮影装置で，1975年来Hockwin （Bonn）らと共同開発中のものであり既に何回かの改良を重ね現在に至つている。

We developed an equipment of slitlamp photo-graphy based on Scheimpflug's principle applied both for the photographic and observation sys-tem. The slitlamp and the camera are made to rotate 180 degrees around the optical axis allow-ing photographing at various angles. The stand-ard density scale, angle indicator and data of the patient are recorded on the photographed film. The equipment incorporates mechanisms to eliminate the corneal reflex.

The system allows fairly reproducible photo-graphs except in aged subjects or when some tilted angle of the slit beam is used.
