細隙灯顕微鏡による写真撮影について

I．はじめに

　前眼部病変の普通写真撮影は，日常一般に行なわれているが，細隙燈顕微鏡（以下スパルトと略す）を使用しての写真記録は，未だ一般に普及されているとはいえない。その理由を考えて見ると，1．優秀な撮影装置を備えたスパルトの入手はさほど容易ではない。2．撮影に特殊技術を要し，その上手間がかかる。3．充分な病変の記録が困難である。4．この種の写真に対しての関心がうすい，等があげられる。

　しかし，簡単かつ正確にスパルト写真によつて，病変が記録されるならば，これ迄以上に病因及び治療法の検討が容易になり，疾患の変化の状態をより詳細に記録でき，保存され得る。また，これまでの記録装置では不充分であつた部位の撮影も可能となり，診療面にも，学問的にも利用されるところが大きいと思われる。

Precise photography of the eye with slit-lamp microscope promises to be of great value in clinical and investigative field of ophthalmo-logy as it facilitates the study into the causes and course of treatment of intraocular lesions. The photo-slit-lamp microscope built by Nikon was put to clinical use by the authors and a further comparison was made as to its con-stitution and photographic works with the other slit-lamp microscopes. The instrument has an infinitude of zoomed magnifications between 7x and 32x. There is no parallax beween the visual field of the examiner and the camera.
