同時立体螢光眼底撮影装置の試作（第1報）

緒言

　立体眼底写真は，単に縦，横．それに深さの三次元の情報を与えるばかりでなく，左右一対の写真が互いに補い合つて，すぐれた解像を示すという利点もあり，眼底診断に有効な手段としてひろく応用されている。

　眼底カメラによる眼底の立体撮影の方法に関しては，すでにAllen^1）〜3），三国ら^4）により報告されている。そしてその手法を用いれば，だれでも容易にすぐれた立体眼底写真を得ることができる。

Simultaneous stereo photography is a desi-rable feature in high speed serial fluorescein fundus angiography. A Topcon fundus camera TRC-F was modified to enable simultaneous stereoscopic fundus photography documented on regular 35 mm film.

The obtained pairs of stereo angiograms by the present method gave satisfactory results in pathologically elevated fundus lesions as in choked disc, while the findings were unimpres-sive when applied to the normal fundus.

Further attempts are under way to obtain simultaneous stereo angiograms which would alow sufficient stereopsia even in normal fundus.
