An Experimental Apparatus for Slit-lamp Photography

I．はじめに

　細隙灯顕微鏡検査上得られた微妙な観察所見を写真により記録して，診断や経過観察の資料に供するのははなはだ重要なことである。最近ツアイスが「フオトスリツトランプ」を市販したが，細隙灯写真撮影はいまだ一般には普及されていないようである。これは顕微鏡を用いて観察した所見を忠実に再現し得るほどの写真が得られないか，あるいは良い写真を得るのが一般的に容易でないためであろう。

　現在，細隙灯写真を撮影しようとする場合には写真専用の顕微鏡によるか，あるいはすでにある検査用の顕微鏡を利用する方法がある。

The authors described an experimental appa-ratus for slit-lamp photography of anterior segment of the eye. As source of illumination, a high power xenon flash lamp (1kW/sec) was used with its longitudinal direction lying parallel to the optical axis. This method showed enough light intensity when photo-taking with thinner (0.1 mm) slit.
