同時立体蛍光眼底撮影装置の試作（第2報）

Simultaneous Stereoscopic Fluorescein Fundus Photography (Report Ⅱ)

まえがき

　著者らは，前報において既存カメラTRC-F形を改造し，容易に1回の撮影で左右一対の立体写真を35mmフィルムの1コマに記録することのできる同時立体螢光眼底撮影装置を試作したことを報告した^1）。

　この試作装置（以下TRC-SS-I形と記す）は，眼底カメラTRC-F形の照明系をそのまま使用したため，stcreo baseすなわち撮影基線長に制限があり，結果的に再生された写真の立体効果は乏しかつた。うつ血乳頭などの相当高底差のある病変については立体再生が可能であるが，正常眼底については全く立体効果が得られなかつた。

An improved apparatus for serial simultaneous stereo fundus angiography was achieved by mo-difying a Topcon fundus camera TRC-F. A pair of stereo images was documented in a single frame 35mm film. The paired stereo-angiographs obtained by this system provide satisfactory stereopsia and fairly well depth of field. Mount-ing and filing of the picture obtained by this system are very easy. Clinical application of this camera was performed very easily, excepting monocular inverted observation images during photography.
