緒言
細隙灯顕微鏡は一種の実体顕微鏡で，これにより立体観察が行なわれるものである。細隙灯検査の重要視される理由の一つは，この立体観察によりすぐれた像解析が得られることにもあると考えられる。
したがって細隙灯顕微鏡による写真撮影は，観察像の再現という点からいうならば単に一方向からの撮影にとどまらず，立体撮影であるべきはずである。
Two optical systems were induced into a camera box of Nikon F or Nikomat and conne-cted to the binocular system of Nikon slit lamp microscope.
A pair of stereopictures with moderate stere-oscopic effect was photographed simultaneously in a film of usual 24×35mm size.
The stereopictures taken by the camera were to be observed with the stereoviewer manufa-ctured by Itzuki Inst. Co. or Asahi Camera Co.. The stereoprojector produced by Carl Zeiss Jena Co. was conveniently employed to demonstrate stereopicture for audience.
