前房蓄膿を伴つた悪性黒色腫の1例

Malignant uveal melanoma with hypopyon. Report of a case

緒　言

　わが国においてブドウ膜悪性黒色腫は数少ない疾患であるが，なかでも全眼球炎様を呈するものは稀である。私たちは急激な経過で，全眼球炎様を呈し，眼球摘出後，診断の確定した，毛様体原発の無色素性悪性黒色腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

　This is an unusual case of malignant melanoma with signs of panophthalmitis. A 20-year-old male had had troubles withi rritable soft contact lens in his left eye for several months. Diagnosis of scleritis and iridocyclitis was given before the patient was referred to us.

　We found fibrinous iridocyclitis with secondary glaucoma. Topical and systemic antibiotics and corticosteroid were ineffective and the inflammation aggravated and developed panophthalmitis. Fungus was isolated from his soft contact lens but antifungal therapy did not prevent further progression.
