（28）反覆性前房蓄膿を伴つたアレルギー性葡萄膜炎に就て

Allergic Ubeitis with Frequent Recurrence of Hypopyon

　反覆性前房蓄膿性虹彩炎に就いては，今日迄数多くの報告に接し，又その成因に就いても種々の考察が行われている。特にその中で結核アレルギー説と敗血症説が主なるものである。

　今回私共は28歳の男子の浴用石鹸によつて増悪した反覆性前房蓄膿性葡萄膜炎の経過を細隙燈顕微鏡並びに眼底検査及びその他の諸種の検査を以て観察し，結局浴用石鹸による所謂Arthus型のアレルギー性滲出性炎症像を示したものであり，従来の報告と趣を梢々異にするので茲にその症例を報告する。

Many studies were already reported on ubeitis with recurrent hypopyon and varial considera-tiorn was payed on the causes of this type. Up to now, it is considered that tuberculous allergy and sepsis is main cause to produce this type. The authors experienced a case of ubeitis with recurrent hypopyon and remarkably aggravated by the use of bath-soap. The course was investigated by slit-lamp observation, ophthalmoscopy and several other methods.
