Bleomycin局所注射が著効した色素性乾皮症患者の眼瞼癌の1例

A Case of Lid Carcinoma Succesfully Treated with Local Application of Bleomycin

緒　言

　眼の悪性腫瘍の中で，日常遭遇する眼瞼癌は，肉眼的に容易に観察できるので，早期に適切な治療を行いうる。

　その治療法として，外科的療法，放射線療法および化学療法等があるが，従来から外科的療法および放射線療法が主流を占め^1〜5），制癌剤単独で治療された報告はほとんどない。

Local injection of Bleomycin, dissolved by 2% Lidcaine hydrochloride, has been claimed to be one of the useful treatments against squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid. We applied this mode of treatment to an 8-year-old girl who had develop-ed squamous cell carcinoma in the upper and lower eyelids in association with generalized xe-roderma pigmentosum.

The tumor drastically decreased in size follow-ing repeated injections of Bleomycin around the tumor site.
