要約　目的：血液透析前後の眼球計測値の変化の報告。対象と方法：慢性腎炎に対し1年以上前から血液透析を受けている10例20眼を対象とした。男性4名，女性6名であり，年齢は平均60±8歳である。眼圧は非接触眼圧計，眼球の形状はPentacam^(R)で測定した。結果：眼圧には透析前後で有意な差はなかった。角膜曲率半径は，強主経線と弱主経線ともに変化せず，中心角膜厚にも変化はなかった。前房深度は透析前2.96±0.71mm，透析後2.88±0.72mmで有意に減少した。前房容積は透析前152.2±49.4μm³，透析後135.2±34.5μm³で有意に減少した。結論：前房深度と前房容積が透析後に減少した原因として，透析中に水が眼内から眼外に移動した可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report morphometric changes of the eyeglobe before and after hemodialysis. Cases and Method：This study was a made on 20 eyes of 10 patients who were receiving hemodialysis for chronic nephritis. The series comprised 4 males and 6 females. The age averaged 60±8 years. Intraocular pressure（IOP）was measured by a noncontact tonometer. Morphometric parameters were measured by Pentacam^(R). Results：There was no significant change in IOP, central corneal thickness or corneal curvature before and after hemodialysis. Depth of anterior chamber averaged 2.96±0.71mm before and 2.88±0.72mm after hemodialysis. The difference was significant（p＜0.05）. Volume of anterior chamber averaged 152.2±49.4μm³ before and 135.2±34.5μm³ after hemodialysis. The difference was significant（p＜0.05）. Conclusion：There is a possibility that dehydration of intraocular fluid may have induced decrease in the depth and volume of anterior chamber after hemodialysis.
