Slit Lamp Method for Measuring Aspherical Human Optical System

緒言

　眼球非球面光学系の計測法として，角膜面については，フォトケラトスコピー，水晶体については，ファコメトリーを用いて実験を行なつてきたが，今回はスリットランプを用いて眼球全光学系の計測を試みたので発表する。あわせてファコメトリーの方法についても検討する。

A clinical method was developed for the mea-surement of the aspherical optical system by means of slitlamp photography using the an-terior ocular segment camera (Tokyo Optical Co., Tokyo). Clear slit image of all the pertinent ocular portions were obtained with one flash photography which could be processed by com-putor according to the Scheimflug's principle adapted by Niesel. Due consideration was nece-ssary to compensate for the difference in magni-fication for each ocular portion.
