外斜視術後早期の高次波面収差の変化

Changes in high-order aberrations one month after surgery for exotropia

目的：外斜視手術後早期の高次波面収差の変化の検討。対象と方法：同一術者による手術を受けた外斜視10人10眼を対象とした。年齢は3～56（中央値7.5）歳であった。眼位の完全矯正を目的とし，全例で内直筋の短縮と外直筋の後転を片眼に行った。術前の偏位は，－25～－45PD（平均－38.5±6.7PD）であった。術後1か月目での偏位は，0～－12PD（平均－3.7±4.5PD）であった。術前と手術1か月後の時点で，直径6mmでの角膜と眼球の高次波面収差を散瞳下で測定した。測定にはKR-9000PW（トプコン）を使った。結果：角膜と眼球のコマ収差，球面収差，高次収差のいずれについても，術前と術後間で有意差がなかった。結論：外斜視に対する片眼の前後転手術では，手術から1か月後の角膜と眼球の高次波面収差が変化しない。

Purpose：To evaluate changes in high-order aberrations one month after surgery for exotropia. Cases and Method：This study involved 10 eyes of 10 patients who received unilateral recession/resection surgery for exotropia. The ages ranged from 3 to 56 years,medium 7.5 years. Preoperative deviation ranged from －25 to －45 prism diopters（PD）,average －38.5±6.7PD. Deviation one month after surgery ranged from 0 to －12PD,average －3.7±4.5PD. Results：There were no significant changes in pre- and postoperative values regarding coma,spherical,or total high-order aberrations in the cornea and the eyeglobe as a whole. Conclusion：Recession/resection for exotropia does not induce significant changes in high-order aberrations one month after surgery.
