日本語版Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire親評定フォームについての再検討―単一市内全校調査に基づく学年・性別の標準得点とカットオフ値の算出

Re-examination of the Japanese Version of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, Parent Ratings Form: Generating cut-off score and normative data for each grade and sex using the entire cohort data in one suburban city in Japan

　本研究では，児童・生徒の適応と精神的健康の状態を包括的に把握可能な心理尺度として国際的に幅広く利用されているStrengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ)の日本語版親評定フォームについて，単一市内全校調査による検討を行った。先行研究における対象者の年齢層を拡張し，愛知県内の保育園・幼稚園の年少児から中学3年生までの7,835名の親または養育者からデータを収集し，学年・性別ごとの標準得点と信頼できるカットオフ値を得た。また，日本語版SDQは，原版とほぼ同一の因子構造を持つこと，十分な内的整合性を有すること，先行研究の知見と整合的な学年・性別間の得点の差異がみられることが示され，高い信頼性・妥当性を有することが再確認された。

　The authors examined psychometric properties of the Japanese version of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), parent ratings form by using an entire community sample (N=7,835) in a suburban city in Japan. This scale is a brief measure of behavioral and emotional problems in children and adolescents. The Japanese version of the SDQ exhibited the same factor structures as the original version but one item, and its five subscales had sufficient internal consistency. The data also showed developmentally appropriate relations with grade and gender. Additionally, standard scores and reliable cut-off scores for each grade and gender were generated.
