肝臓solitary fibrous tumor（SFT）の1例

A case of solitary fibrous tumor of the liver

孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は，比較的まれな腫瘍であり，当初は主に胸腔内での発生が多く報告されていた。近年では疾患概念の確立に伴い，胸腔外での発生も報告されるようになったが，肝臓原発のSFTは依然として極めてまれである。今回我々は，肝臓原発SFTの病理学的特徴を反映した画像所見を示す1例を経験したため，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Solitary fibrous tumor（SFT）is a fibroblastic neoplasm of mesenchymal origin. Although SFT has generally been reported to arise in the thoracic cavity, such as in the pleura and chest wall, recent studies have revealed occurrences in various other locations, including the orbit, peritoneum, and extremities. Among these, SFT of the liver is extremely rare, and few reports have described its imaging findings in detail. Given the numerous differential diagnoses for hypervascular tumors of the liver, understanding the imaging features that indicate the pathological characteristics of SFT will provide significant clues when considering SFT of the liver in the differential diagnosis.
