NUT carcinomaとはNUT（nuclear protein of testis）遺伝子の遺伝子再構成（gene rearrangement）により生じる未分化な癌である^1）。極めてまれであり，進行が速く，若年やadolescent and young adult（AYA）世代に多く，治療法も確立されていない^2）。今回我々は，pulmonary NUT carcinomaを1例経験したので報告する。

We experienced a case of NUT carcinoma. Patient was 70’s male and his complaint were cough and shortness of breath on exertion. Chest CT showed a nodule in middle lobe of right lung and lymphadenopathy in right hilum and mediastinal. CT-guided biopsy was performed on a nodule in middle lobe of right lung. Pathology showed focal squamous differentiation in proliferation of small round cells and diffuse positive immunohistochemistry NUT. The patient was diagnosed with pulmonary NUT carcinoma. NUT carcinoma is a rare, highly aggressive malignant tumor with poor prognosis. Therefore, we report this case with a review of the literature.
