腎に発生した孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は画像上腎細胞癌との鑑別が困難であり，ほとんどが腎細胞癌として外科的切除されている^1）。今回我々は，CTガイド下生検で診断した腎洞部のSFTを経験したため，画像所見と文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 60-year-old male had a mass in the right renal sinus. A CT scan was obtained that showed a heterogeneously enhancing mass in the right renal sinus, and renal cell carcinoma was considered the most likely differential diagnosis. However, the mass was not contiguous with the renal parenchyma, so a CT-guided biopsy was performed. Biopsy of the mass in the renal sinus revealed a solitary fibrous tumor（SFT）. SFT in the kidney is difficult to differentiate from renal cell carcinoma on imaging, and most cases are surgically resected as renal cell carcinoma, and only one case of biopsy diagnosis has been reported.
