腎炎症性偽腫瘍の1例

Inflammatory pseudotumor of the kidney：A case report

　76 歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。腹部 CT にて，右腎に直径 25　mmの腫瘤を認めた。腫瘍は造影効果を認め，腎細胞癌の診断のもと右腎部分切除を施行した。病理組織学的には，炎症性細胞浸潤を伴う慢性炎症性肉芽腫であり，右腎炎症性偽腫瘍の診断であった。腎の炎症性偽腫瘍は稀であり，本症例は本邦 17 例目にあたる。

　A 76-year-old man consulted our hospital complaining of gross hematuria. CT scan demonstrated a right renal tumor which was 25mm in diameter. Partial nephrectomy was performed under the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. Findings of histological examination were consisted of chronic inflammatory lesions with granulation and inflammatory cell infiltration. The pathological diagnosis was renal inflammatory pseudotumor. This is the 17th case reported in Japan.
